I am a Latino man, a husband and a father, born in Colombia, and a lifelong dreamer. From a very young age, I was surrounded by entrepreneurship—my father and grandfather started an industrial safety company when I was just seven years old. I grew up in that business, eventually earning a degree in Industrial Engineering and becoming certified as an internal auditor for the ISO:9001:2015 standard. I served as the company's Production Director and Internal Auditor, and we successfully achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification under my leadership.

In 2017, due to conflict in my home country and in search of better opportunities, my family and I made the difficult decision to emigrate to San Jose, California. One of the biggest challenges was adapting to a new culture and language, but I never let that stop me from pursuing my dreams. Just four months after arriving, I began working with nonprofit organizations, and from there, my passion for supporting the Hispanic community in business development was born.
