Boqueron 1 Group
A loan of $3,775 helps a member to buy supplies for her pizzeria and products to sell at her convenience store.
Boqueron 1 Group's story
Graciela is a mother of two children and a member of the Communal Bank “Boquerón 1”. She currently manages a pizzeria from her home and also a convenience store. Her decision to start a food business came after she took some culinary courses to acquire the necessary knowledge. Prior to this business, she was a full-time housewife. Thanks to the support her Communal Bank group, she was able to establish a brand for her pizzeria and invest more in her convenience store.
Graciela dreams of expanding her business and hopes that her children will join her in the future. With determination and effort, she hopes to grow her business and establish herself in the food sector, which will also provide opportunities for her family and strengthen her financial stability. She is requesting a loan to buy flour, oil, noodles, rice, and sugar so that she can continue producing pizzas and expand the inventory of her convenience store.
Other members of the group sell sportswear, cleaning products, and ice cream, while some manage eateries, convenience stores, and other types of businesses.
