Happy Birthday Kiva! Celebrate Kiva's 7th Birthday in your own city!
October 9, 2012By: Kate Talbot
This month we are celebrating Kiva's Birthday! In the last 7 years, 835,000 lenders have helped to crowdfund almost $360 million in loans to 880,000 people in more than 66 countries.
To coincide with this accomplishment, lenders are hosting parties around the world and we would love to have you join!
If there’s not a party already happening in your city, you can get some friends together and host your own. We’ve got a Kiva Events resource center and we’re even offering a free Kiva in a box – a box full of all you’ll need to help you get started hosting your own event.
